Trouble with Ants

A recent real estate client noticed saw dust falling from rafters on a screened in porch. She gave us a call. 

After inspection a nest of carpenter ants was discovered and it was thriving. 

We consulted the client and went ahead with a flushing agent applied directly. Our tech went ahead with a perimeter control spray to control any additional ant problems. Included with treatment was our standard 3 month guarantee.

Stopping Rodents

A local educator with a ranch home contacted us in regards to a mouse problem. 

Upon inspection we determined that mice were gaining access via a crawl space and piping below the kitchen floor.
